The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Temperature control was easy and effective, allowing for a cozy environment. The room was spacious and clean, well-maintained with recent updates in decor, including lovely photos of the Smoky Mountains. The insulation worked well for noise reduction, making it a peaceful retreat. The towels could use an update, feeling a bit worn. The shower water started lukewarm but was tolerable. The overall setup was appealing despite minor drawbacks.

A double room with comfortable beds and a fridge and microwave, for instance. With a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Marvellous and easy location in Cherokee, very close to the casino, event center, shops.

The breakfast was okay, American standards with no special features. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A big safe is available.

The rooms are poorly lit; the wifi is very slow and unreliable; the pool is very small and not recommended.

I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel, as it's just a few steps from Harrah's Cherokee Casino and only a short walk from excellent dining options like BRIO Tuscan Grille and Homestyle Fried Chicken, making it a fantastic base for exploring the Cherokee area; plus, the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a great stay, including breakfast with a waffle making area and plenty of other options. the breakfast choices could be a little more diverse.

Great location right across from the casino, making it super convenient. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was a highlight. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and inviting. the mattress felt quite old and wasn’t very comfortable, and the chair in the room had a big hole. Breakfast options were limited and the area felt cramped, but there are some fantastic local diners nearby. A few updates needed—fresh linens and a coat of paint would go a long way. All in all, a mixed experience with some real potential!

Perfectly situated near attractions and dining options for explorers

During my stay I discovered the amazing convenience of being just a short stroll from Harrah's Casino which was perfect for a little evening fun and I loved that there were a few restaurants and a gas station within walking distance making our dining options super easy and if you’re up for a short drive you can reach even more great spots in just 5 minutes like the cultural village or Oconaluftee Island Park which are lovely for leisurely walks and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful always eager to assist which made our experience all the better but I did notice that breakfast choices could be a bit limited at times.

The pool area is a mini paradise where I relaxed like I'd been on an exotic retreat. The staff keep the place spotless, and the sense of security throughout the property is like a warm, fuzzy blanket.

I loved how spotless everything was during my stay! The hot tub was such a nice treat after a long day, and the friendly front desk staff made check-in a breeze. Plus, the outdoor pool was a perfect spot to soak up some sun!

The bridge to the casino was totally blocked, forcing us to trek down the street. Plus, the bed was too firm for my back, and the shower pressure was weak. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, either. Disappointing!

Free parking spots were like winning the lottery, felt like VIP next to the casino. Wi-Fi was so fast I almost thought the emails were coming in person. Breakfast saved me from my hunger-induced drama.

Had a delightful encounter with a cockroach, a real character of the hotel.
